Reviews: Don Poe, EAR/Rational Staff Reviewer I have listened to this CD many times over. So much meaty experimental electronic torture goodness in here. The first track reminds me of Stephen McGreevy's recordings of the aurora borealis created by electronics and no the sun. This means I hear stuttering bass notes that could be lightning from all over the world making a sustaining static background, with higher pitched squeals and odd notes scattered throughout. Overall I could use such words throughout the disc - stuttering, spastic and deconstructed electronics. my favorite track is cut up babies. No - not real babies, but the sounds of baby voices mangled and warped into a dance track from purgatory. This is hard music - bridging the gap of noise, experimental and theoretical music. And I dig it.
